Volunteering is the heart-beat of our festival aiding in set-up, tear-down, raising donations and guiding patrons. All volunteers get a free t-shirt for their time and are encouraged to interact with guests, attend talks, and enjoy the live music. Volunteer Application

Our vendors are the backbone of this event by providing attendees with the best first impression possible of this Festival. While many of our vendors don’t offer mushroom themed goods, we encourage anyone applying to tap into their creativity and come up with a mushroom themed item as they tend to sell well at our Festival. While we try to incorporate new vendors into every Festival, space is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. We are proud of the diversity of products and services offered by our vendors and if you’re interested in participating with us, please apply below!

Vendor Application

We pride ourselves on offering the public high quality, FREE and equitable opportunities to learn about everything mushrooms! If you have a unique gift, skill or knowledge, we would love for you to share it at our Festival. Talks are from 1-6PM, spaces are limited, each presenter/educator gets up to exactly one hour to showcase their expertise. For workshops, all items must be provided by the applicant and speakers must have a PowerPoint style presentation prepared to showcase their knowledge. Unlike other Festivals, all participants are live streamed and recorded so we can share your information to the world through social media and YouTube. Also, we offer free vendor spots to Educators for participation, when applicable. We hope to host you at our next festival to continue cultivating knowledge for our MYCOmmunity. Educator & Presenter Application

We are dedicated to supporting local singer/songwriters, bands and musical acts by offering an amazing opportunity to play on a big stage in front of the entire Festival. Unlike other Festivals, all performances are live streamed and recorded so we can share your songs with the world through social media and YouTube. As a showing of gratitude for sharing your gift, we grant full rights and access to any content generated to use as you see fit. Smaller acts are preferred as they fit the sound requirements of the space best. As a non-profit we don’t have a budget to pay for performances, but can cover small expenses for food/gas when applicable.
